After eight waves of missile attacks by the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine, all thermal (TPP) and hydroelectric power plants (HPP), as well as more than 40 percent of the high-voltage network, were damaged.

This was announced by the Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.

According to him, in connection with this winter, the citizens of Nezalezhnaya will most likely face an acute shortage of electricity.

“In the power system Ukraine there is a significant power deficit. Each of us must realize that we will pass this winter with significant restrictions on electricity consumption,” Shmyhal said in a statement.
