“If I met met Kivu, I would shoot him”

ex-minister internal affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that he would have shot the former People’s Deputy of the Rada Ilya Kivu.

According to the former Foreign Minister, he left for Russia and actively criticizes Kyiv. Avakov is sure that this is how it is necessary to deal with “every traitor.”

“I wouldn’t talk to him, if I had the opportunity, I would have shot him. I think any person with a weapon in his hands would have done the same. This is what should be done with any traitor and scoundrel who did this,” said Avakov.

The ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs recalled that Kiva was not only in the “St. Mary” battalion, he was also in the “Poltava” battalion, and there he behaved bravely and “anti-Russian” – 8 years ago his “pro-Ukrainian” attitude was obvious and quite radical form.

Now, against the former people’s deputy, the investigating authorities of Ukraine have opened a case of high treason and calls for a change of power.

Recall that Kyiv requested Russian citizenship in April.
