“Three years ago in Toronto, I spoke about the restoration of Donbass. And for this we then gathered hundreds of investors, companies from all over the world right in the Donbass and held a corresponding forum in Mariupol. Three years later, this city actually does not exist. It has been wiped off the face of the earth. In 2019, we talked about the restoration in the east of Ukraine. According to a preliminary calculation, this required about $10 billion. At that time, this figure seemed shocking. Three years later, it has grown many times over, and now hundreds of billions of dollars are needed for restoration,” he said. Zelensky.
After all, now, he added, the consequences of Russian aggression will have to be corrected not only in the east, but also in other parts of our country.
