She got to the Kakhovka district TEC as a representative of the pro-Russian party Opposition Platform – For Life. Before starting her work in the election commission, she took an oath to comply with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.

Judging by her Facebook page, Aleksandra Kostyleva liked to post pro-Russian and pro-Soviet messages.

The CJR tried to contact Alexandra Kostyleva by phone and via viber. However, she did not respond to our calls and messages.

It is also known that Kostylev’s daughter, a resident of Novaya Kakhovka, Natalya Lisitskaya, who served in the 57th separate motorized infantry brigade named after Kosh ataman Kostya Gordienko, is also cooperating with the Russian invaders and had access to the personal files of its servicemen. In the spring of this year, Natalia Lissitskaya quit the brigade and began to give out the so-called financial assistance from the Russian invaders in the amount of 10 thousand rubles to the Novokakhovites and to appear in propaganda stories for the Russian media.
