Heavy rains and thunderstorms with squalls and hail are expected in the western regions on Sunday.
This was reported to Ukrinform at the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“July 31, at night in the Carpathian region, during the day in the western regions, significant rains, thunderstorms, hail and squalls of 15-20 m / s in some areas (hazard level I, yellow); heavy showers in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia (II danger level, orange),” the message reads.
It is noted that in the southern part, Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Kirovohrad regions on July 31, an emergency level of fire danger will prevail.
