Looks like brand new country house on Rublyovkawhich Ksenia Sobchak Every now and then she boasts in social networks, the TV presenter never paid off to the end: the company for installing fireplaces through the court demands more than 3 million rubles from Sobchak.
According to the press service of the Khamovniki Court of Moscow, the lawsuit came from an individual entrepreneur Elena Lyakisheva. According to her, in March 2020, the company entered into an agreement with Sobchak to install three fireplaces: a grill fireplace on the veranda, as well as fireplaces in the living room and in the bedroom (yes, Ksenia Anatolyevna knows a lot about a beautiful life). The latter, at the request of the customer, was made with special frills: with a lifting mechanism, glass decor and natural stone patterns. The star made an advance payment, however, having accepted the work, she did not give the rest of the amount. Then, having calculated penalties for delay, the company went to court: the total amount of debt today is 3 million 30 thousand rubles. The date of the first meeting has not yet been set.
For Sobchak, who, as the wife of the artistic director of the capital’s theater, declares an income of more than 200 million rubles every year, this is not a lot of money. However, if the presenter does not pay off voluntarily, and the court takes the side of the disadvantaged company, this debt risks turning into serious trouble. So, for example, a TV presenter can stop traveling abroad and seize her property in order to then sell it at auction.
Meanwhile, the TV presenter managed to build and equip a huge house with an area of 1000 square meters from Finnish pine at minimal cost. Designer repairs, a swimming pool, a luxurious veranda and much more Ksenia did on a barter basis, thanking the suppliers with advertising on social networks.
By the way, Ksenia Sobchak herself, in an interview with the media, said that she did not know anything about the lawsuit of 3 million rubles.
