BARCELONA, Oct 28 (Reuters) – Spanish swimming pool equipment maker Fluidra posted a net profit of 179.4 million euros ($178.95 million) in the first nine months of the year on Friday, 19% less than in the same period of 2021, since its sales stagnated in the third quarter, with a meager increase of 0.9%.

Fluidra, seen as one of the early winners of the pandemic-related buying boom, lowered its outlook last week, expecting full-year sales to be around €2.4bn, versus a previous guidance of €2.5-2.6 billion

Its share price has fallen 62% so far this year.
