In the Luhansk region, fighting continues for the settlements of Voevodovka, Toshkovka and Nizhne.
About this in Telegram Serhiy Gaidai, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said, Ukrinform reports.
“The battles for the settlements of Voevodovka, Toshkovka and Nizhne continue… Air defense units shot down one unmanned aerial vehicle of the Orlan-10 type,” the head of the region wrote.
He noted that over the previous day, fifteen enemy attacks were successfully repelled in the territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions: one anti-aircraft missile system, nine tanks, three artillery systems, 25 units of armored combat vehicles, three units of special engineering equipment and three enemy vehicles were destroyed.
As reported, on February 24, the Russian Federation launched a new stage of the war against Ukraine – a full-scale invasion, Russian invaders shell and bomb the cities and villages of Ukraine, torture and kill civilians.
The Russian invaders planned to completely capture the Lugansk region before May 9, but the APU is putting up heroic resistance.
