England squad wins UEFA Women’s Euro 2022

The England team beat Germany 1-0 at Wembley in the final of the Women’s European Football Championship, Ukrinform reports.

The first goal of the meeting was scored by the midfielder of England and the women’s Manchester United Ella Thun in the 62nd minute. After 17 minutes, Bayern player Lina Magul equalized the score. In overtime, Man City’s Chloe Kelly scored the winner in the 111th minute.

Recall that the representatives of England in the semifinals defeated rivals from Sweden (4:0), and the Germans defeated the French (2:1).
