Dynamo will play with Sturm in the UEFA Champions League today
On Wednesday, August 3, Dynamo Kyiv players will face Austrian Sturm in the first match of the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.
The game will be held at the Meisky stadium named after Vladislav Krol in the Polish city of Lodz, Ukrinform reports.
The starting whistle of the French referee Francois Letexier will sound at 21.00 Kyiv time.
The second leg will take place on August 9 at the Graz-Libenau Arena in Graz. Start – at 21.30.
The winner of the confrontation Dynamo – Sturm on aggregate will advance to the Champions League playoff round, where on August 16/17 and 23/24 he will play with the best team of the Benfica (Portugal) – Midtjylland (Denmark) pair. The loser will qualify for the UEFA Europa League group stage (draw on 26 August).
As a reminder, Shakhtar Donetsk will play in the UEFA Champions League group stage.
