CEC recognizes two “servants of the people” as people’s deputies

The Central Election Commission recognized Artem Mykhailyuk and Oleksandr Vasyuk as elected people’s deputies on the list of the Servant of the People political party.

It is noted that on July 27, the Central Election Commission received resolutions from the Verkhovna Rada on the early termination of the powers of People’s Deputies Andrei Kostin and Olga Sovgiri. They wrote statements about the addition of parliamentary powers.

“Thus, the Commission recognized the following on the list as elected people’s deputies – Artem Mikhailyuk and Oleksandr Vasyuk (in the special elections on July 21, 2019, they were under No. 142 and No. 143, respectively, in the electoral list of the Servant of the People party)”, the message says. .

As Ukrinform reported, on July 27 The Verkhovna Rada appointed a representative of parliament in the Constitutional Court, a people’s deputy from the “Servant of the People” Olga Sovgirya as a judge of the Constitutional Court.

On July 28, President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Andriy Kostin as Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
