Borrell hailed Kosovo’s decision to postpone replacement of Serbian documents for a month

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell welcomed the decision by the government of partially recognized Kosovo to shelve its plan to replace Serbian documents and license plates.

He wrote about this in twitterreports Ukrinform.

“We welcome Kosovo’s decision to postpone the measures until September 1st. Expect all obstacles to be removed immediately.”

According to him, unresolved issues should be resolved within the framework of dialogue with the assistance of the EU and focus on the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, which is necessary for integration into the EU.
