Timati’s love story with big and juicy burgers, it seems to have come to an end. The rapper is mired in litigation with partners in the Black Star Foods company – it is she who runs a chain of fast food restaurants Black Star Burger, whose face Timati was for a long time. At the same time, with one of the partners – Pavel Kuryanov, known as the producer of Pasha, the singer used to be inseparable.
As the site KP.RU found out, the other day the rapper lost the case in the Moscow Arbitration Court. The story turned out to be ugly: as follows from the court materials, Timati suspected business partners of fraud – hiding documents and, it seems, part of the profits. Allegedly, money from franchised restaurants under the guise of Black Star Burger could pass by the artist.
In August of this year, Timur Yunusov (that’s what the rapper’s name is in his passport) demanded through the court from his own company to provide documents on commercial concession agreements and monthly reports on the remuneration received under these agreements. And if the partners do not comply with these requirements, punish with a ruble: collect 5,000 rubles for each day of delay (of course, if the court decides in favor of the rapper).
However, Timati failed to convince the judicial board to take his side. Burger partners objected with several arguments: they supposedly already sent all the necessary documentation to Yunusov by mail, and if something is missing, these are documents belonging to other counterparty firms, or papers that were signed in a single copy without duplicates.
– In itself, the existence of a corporate dispute between the participants of an LLC does not indicate the bad faith of the company in this process. In this regard, the statements of the participant on the concealment of documentation by the society are subject to rejection as not documented and based on an erroneous interpretation of legal norms. Thus, the court concludes that the claims should be denied, – stated in the court decision.
Meanwhile, this is not the first burger court case. So, in September of this year, it became known that Timati was trying to complete a deal to sell his stake in Black Star Foods LLC, where he owns 17% of the business. In fact, the rapper turned this deal a year ago, finding a foreign buyer and concluding a preliminary agreement for the sale of a share in the authorized capital of Black Star Foods for 70 million rubles.

Most of the money – 63 million – Yunusov received immediately, the new owner had only to pay the rest of the amount and put the last signature on the documents. However, having dealt with the financial statements of the company, the buyer changed his mind. To end the scandalous dispute, Timati sued and ordered the owner to fulfill all his obligations. In this case, the singer was more fortunate: his claim was satisfied. However, according to KP.RU, the other day the foreign buyer filed an appeal, so Timati has not yet been able to get rid of the annoying burgers, as well as get all the financial reports on them.
