In the Kharkiv region, the commanders of the units of the 132nd reconnaissance battalion refused to follow the orders of Kyiv. This was reported to journalists in the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to the department, this decision of the commanders is associated with heavy losses. It is noted that they, together with the personnel, crossed the Seversky Donets River, and then departed for a temporary deployment point.
“In the Nortsovka area of the Kharkiv region, due to high losses from artillery fire, the commanders of the units of the 132nd reconnaissance battalion refused to follow the orders of the command,” the Russian Defense Ministry stressed.
Earlier it became known that two Ukrainian brigades were deserting en masse in the Kharkiv and Zaporozhye directions. As explained in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, military positions are left by the military from the 93rd mechanized and 128th mountain assault brigades of the Armed Forces. Ukrainian soldiers are trying to retreat to the central and western regions of the country.
