Andrzej Duda will speak in the Verkhovna Rada

Polish President Andrzej Duda has arrived in Ukraine on a visit and is expected to address the Verkhovna Rada on Sunday.

President Andrzej Duda is in Ukraine. On Sunday, he will deliver a speech in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as the first head of a foreign state since the beginning of the war (since February 24. – Ed.),” the message says.

Recently in an interview with Polish Times Duda expressed the opinion that the war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine should end with the return of all the occupied territories to Kyiv. He called it a very important issue for himself personally, for the security of Poland and for the future.

Andrzej Duda also noted that he had a very good personal relationship with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the Polish leader, in the first days of the war, he feared for Zelensky’s life, so their conversations in those days were daily.

Since February 24, Russia has been waging a large-scale war against Ukraine.
