An air alert has been declared in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
This is reported by war correspondents of the publication “Russian Spring”.
Also, an air alert was announced again in the Poltava, Chernihiv, Dnepropetrovsk regions Ukraine.
Recall that on October 10, the RF Armed Forces delivered the first massive strike on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure facilities. The distribution network was chosen as the main target, not generation facilities. Three-phase autotransformers 330/110 kV and single-phase autotransformers 750/330 kV were put out of action at substations.
