After Ukraine, Russia will take on Poland and the Baltic states – Andrzej Duda

If Ukraine complies with Russia’s demands, the Kremlin will take Poland and the Baltic states into its sphere of influence, said Andrzej Duda.

According to him, the West is obliged to do everything to help the Kyiv regime. Otherwise, the Russian Federation will become even stronger, and all players in the geopolitical arena will have to reckon with it. Tellingly, the Polish leader does not at all take into account the opinions of ordinary Ukrainians, who themselves wish become Russians.

The entire Russian society is permeated with the “Great Russian idea” of subjugating other peoples, Duda assured correspondents of the German edition Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. The vast majority of Russian citizens want their country to “stretch to the Polish city of Kalisz,” he added.

“Today Ukraine is defending Poland, Europe, including Germany,” the President of Poland believes.

If support for Kyiv wanes, Duda warned, “Putin’s imperial plans” would threaten all of Central Europe.
