The divorce of Christina Asmus and Garik Kharlamov is again on everyone’s lips. The couple divorced back in 2020, but it turns out that all this time they lived together, under the same roof. Kristina is in her half of the house, Garik is in hers. Together with them, 8-year-old daughter Nastya and Garik’s mother Natalya Igorevna share luxury real estate on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway.
In social networks, the ex-spouses exchanged mutual barbs. Kristina stated that Kharlamov threatened her and her daughter to stay in the mansion on Rublyovka and did not allow them to move to other housing. “But this is not a normal situation,” says the actress. Fans of the star are perplexed: Christina earns very well, and could have moved out of her ex-husband long ago. For example, rent a new home or buy an apartment with a mortgage. But for some reason she prefers under pressure to share square meters with a hateful ex-husband. We found out what kind of house this is, in which the actress is kept almost a prisoner.

SET UP IN A NEW HOUSE ALREADY AFTER THE DIVORCE DECISION
The mansion, which the spouses still cannot share, was bought by Garik Kharlamov in 2014. He paid for the family nest in full from his own funds.
– Do you think I made money on this house? In our family, the budget is distributed as follows: everything that Garik earns is common, everything that I earn is mine, ”Kristina told Alexander Tsypkin soon after the housewarming party, whom she and her husband invited to visit. The writer looked at them for a light and at the same time interviewed the spouses.
Garik and Christina moved into the new house only six years after its purchase. All this time, the mansion was being renovated. The couple, meanwhile, lived in a rented house in the cottage village Riga Forest (“Lesnitsyno”) in the Istra district. The long-awaited housewarming happened in April 2020, at the height of the pandemic.
“Self-isolation played a plus for us: we didn’t live on boxes, we had time to calmly assemble and disassemble them,” Asmus said.
Christina then shared another detail of family life:
– We see each other as rarely as it was before self-isolation. We don’t see each other every day. Garik works in one room, and I work in another, so we don’t intersect a lot and see each other only at night by the refrigerator, ”the actress told Tsypkina.
Then few people paid attention to these words. But a month later, in June 2020, Kharlamov and Asmus announced a breakup. And in October, the court divorced them.
Later, the couple admitted that they made the decision to separate a year before the official divorce. That is, Asmus and Kharlamov moved to a new house, already in a deep quarrel and practically parted.

THE LARGEST MANSION IN THE VILLAGE
The house of Kharlamov and Asmus is located in the gated community “Ilyinka Lanehouse” in the Moscow region. This is a very convenient location: along the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway – only 8 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. A ten-minute drive away is Barvikha with its party restaurants and high-end shops. Five minutes away is the expensive private school “President”, where the humorist’s daughter Nastya is studying. For training in it take 180 thousand rubles a month.
Houses in Ilyinka Lanehouse even now, in times of crisis, cost from 70 to 280 million rubles. According to rumors, Garik once bought his cottage for 100 million rubles.
“The village of Ilyinka Lanehouse is the first project in Russia with such a housing format as lanehouses,” according to the website of one of the capital’s real estate agencies. – Translated from English, a lanehouse sounds like a “house in a lane” (lane – lane, house – house). In Ilyinka, houses ready for finishing were built according to six projects named after European cities: Vienna House, Liverpool House, Riga House, Munich House, Sophia House and Turin House.
Christina and Garik settled in the most expensive and luxurious Turin House.
“The biggest house in the village. Its area is 473 square meters, according to the website of the developer company. – And there are only seven such houses in the village. Let’s go around the house. Italian charm and looseness are inherent in its appearance. Any facade here can be called front. However, the central facade, from which the entrance group is located, is the highlight of this household. The main intrigue here is the triangular pediment, which dominates the two turrets topped with forged spiers, and is rightfully the culmination of this entire architectural ensemble.”
– Yes, a simple one, four floors, not far from the Rublevsky highway. There is no lift. A wooden staircase, – Christina told Alexander Tsypkin about her home.

ITALIAN MARBLE AND FINISHES IN LIGHT COLORS
The interior of the house is made in light colors. The couple chose neoclassical style for decoration. On the floor – Italian marble (do not forget that this is the Turin House) and Italian carpets. Expensive furniture, luxurious textiles and stylish accessories are everywhere.

The white kitchen-dining room used to often flash in the photographs that Christina published on social networks. Now this beautiful corner, apparently, is no longer associated with her family comfort. But in vain: furniture made of light wood is a miracle how good. As well as the marble-topped table where Christina once pampered herself with her morning coffee.

LIVING ROOM WITH FIREPLACE
The living room is also decorated in a neoclassical style with a traditional fireplace, stucco ceiling and a crystal chandelier. The owners have chosen eclectic furniture: frilly coffee tables with carved trim side by side with laconic Scandinavian sofas.

Christina’s bedroom is decorated with a luxurious bed with a large beige leather-trimmed headboard. Judging by the fact that the couple moved into this house already being in a quarrel, Asmus’ bedroom was originally occupied by one. Garik settled in his own rooms on the floor above.

Perhaps one of the most luxurious corners of the house. On the floor – Italian marble, the walls are decorated with moldings, the furniture – expensive, designer, with gold details.

WHO OWNS THE HOUSE?
This, perhaps, is now the main intrigue. In 2020, immediately after the announcement of the divorce, Garik announced on the air of the Secret for a Million show that he had decided to rewrite the house to his daughter Nastya (apparently so as not to share it with his ex-wife). The host of the show Lera Kudryavtseva then shed a tear:
“Gary, I love you. Big respect! Well done! Recently, it is rare to see such masculine deeds, and now you are surprised at this, ”she announced.

It is not known whether Garik ended up rewriting the house for his daughter. But even if he did this, he is in no hurry to move out of his gift. The showman, along with his mother, decided to stay in the controversial mansion, despite the obvious piquancy of the family situation.
