A married couple from America received a Ukrainian flag signed by the Eurovision winners, which they purchased at a charity auction. Their lot helped transfer more than UAH 18,000 for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

About this in Facebook informs the organizer of the charity auction NGO “Union of Ukrainian Women” KMF, reports Ukrinform.

“Lot of a charity auction in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the NGO “Union of Ukrainian Women” of the KMF is already in America with Solomiika Kobuta and Dan Arthur. The lot was a flag signed by the winner of Eurovision, the frontman of the Kalush band Oleg Psyuk. It was this married couple who made the highest bet – UAH 9,200, which they doubled after the victory! Thus, for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it was possible to get as much as 18,400 UAH from the auction,” the Union of Ukrainian Women reports.

It is noted that the charity auction was held in June. Now the volunteers are planning to take the Ukrainian flag to the Kalush concert, which will take place in the American city of Philadelphia.
