The alluvium developer in St. Petersburg filed a lawsuit against Smolny

The developer, Terra Nova JSC, has filed a claim with the arbitration court because Smolny does not transfer to this company the alluvial land plots in the Vasileostrovsky district. This was reported by “Delovoy Petersburg” on November 26.

The St. Petersburg government retained plots 4 and 7 on Alexander Grin Boulevard due to the high building density. This, in turn, caused a reaction from Terra Nova JSC, and the company filed a lawsuit against the Committee for Property Relations of Smolny.

The construction company planned to build a residential complex of apartment buildings on the indicated plots. The authorities decided to place objects of social importance on this territory.

Let us remind you that the Terra Nova project for the development of the alluvial lands has been in progress since 2007 with changes and adjustments. The project for the development of the territories of the Vasileostrovsky district is planned to be completed by June 2026.
