Perm woman was convicted of drunk driving on a scooter and transporting her two-year-old son

In Perm, a court passed a verdict against a 19-year-old woman who, being drunk and not having a driver’s license, got behind the wheel of a scooter and was carrying a two-year-old passenger. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

The incident took place in August 2021 in the Golovanovo microdistrict. Car inspectors, noticing the driver of the scooter without a helmet, gave a signal to stop. The examination showed that the townswoman was intoxicated. The girl was removed from the transport control, and her little son was handed over to relatives.

Administrative proceedings were instituted against the offender for non-exercise of parental rights. Subsequently, it turned out that Permyachka had already been brought to administrative responsibility for drunk driving. As a result, the police drew up six administrative reports and opened a criminal case for repeated drunk driving.
