Ralph Rangnick accepts Manchester United’s second offer to lead the club

On November 25, The Athletic reported that 63-year-old German head of sport and development for Moscow Lokomotiv Ralph Rangnick accepted Manchester United’s second improved offer to become the head coach of the main team.

In case of transfer, Rangnick will be the head coach of the Red Devils for the next 6 months. After the end of the season, Rangnick will become the club’s advisor.

Former Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was dismissed on 20 November following a massive 1-4 defeat to Watford.

Recently, Mauricio Pochettino and Ernesto Valverde have been named the main candidates for the head coach of the Red Devils.
