It should be noted that in this edition a prize and a second prize of 2,470 euros each have been established for each category, being the modalities ‘Commercial trajectory’, ‘New trade’ and ‘Made in Huelva’.

Thus, through the ‘Commercial Career’ award, which was obtained this year by Moral-Chiguagua Jewelry and Roldán Onubense Machinery Shop, it has sought to recognize emblematic establishments in the city, businessmen and family sagas of commerce that represent a benchmark within the sector and they are part of the history of Huelva, constituting an example of adaptation to changing market circumstances and capacity for growth and expansion. On the other hand, through this category their involvement in various collaborations has been valued, as well as their support for solidarity events and causes in Huelva.

In turn, with the ‘New Trade’ Award, which has recognized the entrepreneurial spirit of Ecomobility Green World Huelva and Flow Surf Center, the most innovative and recently created initiatives have been rewarded. For this election, it has also been valued that they were businesses that embody a new concept of product, service or commercial establishment and that have meant an improvement or expansion of the commercial offer available in the capital. Thanks to this category, it has been possible to recognize the efforts and capacity for innovation of establishments to adapt the offer to current demands: omni-channel sales, creation of loyalty systems, innovative communication and promotion actions, product presentation, etc.

For its part, in the ‘Made in Huelva’ trade modality, Miguel Romero Jamones y Souvenirs Huelva-I love Huelva has been awarded, establishments that are a benchmark for their identification with the customs of the city, their genuine character, their contribution to project the image of Huelva and the enhancement of its products and gastronomy.

Finally, it should be noted that these awards, which will be presented at a public event scheduled for next September, are the result of the deliberation of a jury made up of the Huelva City Council and the members of the Sector Council ‘Huelva Trade Table’.
