The deputy for the Presidency, Belén Castillo, has announced the wellness days ‘In Air’included within the Program ‘Growing up in La Rabida‘which will be held on May 20 and 21 at the Celestino Mutis Botanical Park. This activity is part of the general program ‘The Rábida in Spring’ who has designed the Huelva Provincial Council through the Management Unit of La Rábida, with the collaboration of the Equality, Culture, Environment and Public Services.
os Social of the provincial institution.
Castillo, accompanied by the curator of the program ‘Growing up in La Rábida’ and director of the conference, Marta Martín, recalled that ‘La Rábida en Primavera’ has been carrying out since March in the Rabida enclave “numerous activities for the enjoyment and benefit of the entire province, aimed at the family but especially at the little ones”.
In this sense, the deputy has stated that “with almost a thousand attendees who have been able to enjoy the 33 activities held to date, our goal is to fill La Rábida with people from the province who, in addition to getting to know this magnificent enclave, come to learn and to grow with us, we almost take it for granted”.
Regarding ‘En Aire’, Castillo pointed out that “these wellness days are designed to improve habits, especially healthy living, and to generate keys for us to be able to create daily well-being”. The deputy has emphasized that “currently, we live immersed in a society of haste, fast consumerism, stress, and we waste many things, time, food, thoughts and sensations, which make us live in a bubble of discomfort that must be counteracted with activities like this one, focused on creating daily well-being in our normal lives”.
Castillo has indicated that this activity, aimed at promoting the comprehensive development of people, “is the culmination of the personal and family growth program ‘Crecer en La Rábida’ and will be developed in our lung of La Rábida, in the Celestino Mutis , for two days: Friday, May 20, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, May 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including ten master classes and two conferences in its program” .
The director of the conference, Marta Martín, has broken down the program of activities that make up ‘En Aire’, in which four very important lines for life will be worked on. The first two are the ‘body’ line, through two master classes in which fitness and family fitness will be worked on, enhancing vital energy, by Saludfittness, with Miguel Ángel Martínez (personal training); and the ‘mind’ line, through three master classes on thaichi, comprehensive yoga and mindfulness, taught by Aurora Vázquez, María Terrada and Marta Martín, teachers and specialists in the different disciplines.
The two remaining lines of work are the ‘nutrition’ line, with which the participants will be able to generate well-being and replenish energy thanks to the nutritionist Elena Basurto; and the ‘soul, well-being and art’ line, where the illustrator Francisca Alfonso and the artist Eduardo Hernández Mogollón will develop two master classes on calligrams and poetry, and on comunic-ARTE, respectively.
Martín has highlighted the two conferences that will take place on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m. The first is called ‘Keys to enhance our Emotional Well-being’, and will be taught by Begoña Ibarrola López, a reference in emotional education, with more than 160 books on this subject, teacher and promoter of emotional education and neuroeducation.
The second conference is entitled ‘The Welfare of Words’ and will be given by Luis Castellanos Garcia, a philosopher and researcher on the influence of words on our well-being and happiness in a scientific way.
The conference can be followed through the networks and there will be a photo contest on Instagram during the conference, in which you can participate through the hashtag #EnAireCelestinoMutis.
