The directors of the educational centers of Andalusia look in Isla Cristina for the ‘Navigation charts for school management’, with the celebration of the XIV Conference on Asadiprewhich has become a training, social and recreational forum.
Under the heading `Navigation charts for school management’, four hundred directors from all over Andalusia met yesterday, Thursday and today, Friday at the Horacio Noguera Municipal Theater at the XIV Conference organized by ASADIPRE – Andalusian Association of directors and directors of Early Childhood Education, Primary and School Residences-, a meeting of a formative, social and playful nature that should have been held last year but was postponed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The opening day was attended by the mayor of the town, Jenaro Orta, the Deputy Minister of Education, María de Carmen Castillo, and the Territorial Delegate for Education, Estela Villalba, accompanied by the provincial president of Asadipre, Raul Parrillo, the regional president, Jorge Delgado and the director of the CEP (Teacher Training Center) Huelva-Isla Cristina, Ana María Gómez. Also attended by a broad institutional representation of the town.
With this, the authorities wanted to support this meeting by valuing “the role of the directors and directors in the worst moments of the Pandemic and always for the benefit of the centers, their teachers and their students.” For his part, the mayor of Isla Cristina welcomed everyone and thanked Asadipre for “his commitment to organizing these Conferences in our town, which I hope you will enjoy.”
A few words that were heard again in the closing act in which the first island mayor, the territorial delegate of education and the organizers of the Conference, the provincial and regional president were present and the satisfaction for the development of these conferences.
The day has included cultural activities such as guided visits to the salt flats, the port and other points of interest in the municipality, and has started today with a welcome performance by a local carnival group, with the aim of highlighting the island’s festival par excellence .
Opening speech of the meeting of the directors
José Ramón Gamo has been in charge of delivering the opening speech, Holding the rudder tight. We apply skills to navigate; which has been followed by two workshops. One in charge of Antonio Márquez with the name of Universal Design for Learning (DUA): flexible navigation and adapted to the strengths and needs; and another by Lourdes López under the name of Digital tools: digitizing voyages, instruments and learning models.
In the afternoon of my Thursday, the journalist Mª José Bayo directed the activity Constructive Dialogues and Constructive Navigation Charts between crew members and passengers, to close the day with the celebration of an Asadipre assembly and with a cultural visit.
