According to the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko, vaccine from the coronavirus, intended for adolescents, will appear in civil circulation in three weeks.
Two days ago, November 24, Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova At a meeting of the President of the Russian Federation with members of the government, she announced the registration of the Sputnik M vaccine, intended for adolescents aged 12-17 and produced by the Gamaleya Research Center.
Then Golikova informed that the new vaccine will enter civilian circulation only at the end of December 2021, and, as the Deputy Prime Minister put it, she gives such terms “with a favorable outcome.”
Golikova recalled that vaccination of adolescents will be voluntary. It will require the voluntary consent of the parents or legal guardians of a minor under 15 years of age. If a teenager is over 15 years old, according to the current rules, he gives consent himself.
